NGKS files insurance for patients who are hospitalized, who have Medicare or Medicaid insurance, and who belong to a contracted HMO, POS or PPO. NGKS expects your copayment at the time of service. If your insurance requires that you have a referral in order to see a specialist, please arrange this with your primary care physician prior to your appointment. You are responsible for payment of your bill regardless of the status of your insurance claim. Please understand this is an agreement between you and your insurance company to pay for a portion of your medical care. Our bill for services is an agreement between the practice and you.
